Perhaps you have heard that Nintendo has a new console out. It’s called the Wii U for some reason. Apparently the guy that invented Pong is bearish on Wii U’s prospects and doesn’t think it’ll be much of a success due to increased competition from the tablet and mobile markets. You can read about it here… or not, I pretty much just summed up the article.
It got me to thinking about tacos for some reason even though I wasn’t hungry. Oddly, that’s fairly common for me and probably not normal… anyway, after my taco musings I got back to thinking about this whole Wii U thing. The headline to the article was sensationalistic (not like “Free Tacos” or anything, but more like “Pong guy says Wii U sucks”). One of four things caused this:
- Mr. Pong was just answering a question posed by a reporter looking to sensationalize anything
- Mr. Pong sought out a reporter to remain relevant
- A combination of 1 and 2 (thus the 3)
- Tacos. Because, well, tacos
I was going to write something poignant here about societal issues, but now I’m hungry for tacos. Unfortunately, it’s early in the morning so I’ll have to make some breakfast tacos, which I suppose is just a breakfast burrito with a bad wrap job.
Hey, that reminds me… remember these tacos? If so, I’m sorry to have reminded you of them. They were nasty. These, however, were tasty.
