How am I celebrating the death of Kim Jong Il? By playing Homefront, of course.

When I heard that North Korea’s Supreme Leader had passed I had one thought; I’ve got to get Homefront. For those of you unfamiliar with the game, the storyline starts in 2012 with the death of Kim Jong Il and the rise of, you guessed it, Kim Jong Un. Ok, so they were off by a few weeks. The story, which was written by the guy who wrote Red Dawn and Apocalypse Now, basically centers around our steady demise and North Korea’s rise.

Site News: Back on-line, a Rowsdower sighting, and MORE!

The nice folks at Asus did the RMA on my laptop in record time, so mega-kudos to those folks. Since the site was out for a few weeks, here are a few random images…

First up, was this image of the Pope I saw from yesterday’s mass… is he dressed as Santa?

I also had time to go to a local Portland Pirates hockey game while the site was down. I had two reasons to go. First, my son loves hockey. Second, and more important, the last time I went to a Pirates game I noticed one of the players, Ryan Hollweg, looked like Rowsdower. See for yourself:

Servers Down For Maintenance….

I need to RMA my computer due to overheating, so I won’t be making any posts for a week or two (not sure how long it will take). While I was finishing up my X-mas shopping, I was looking for that… special something for the wife. Amazon has some suggestions for us guys.
